Due to the perishable nature of our natural pantry items, we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect items, please email us as soon as possible at info@riwayatitreats.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer, within a certain amount of days.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
